Bill Worrell is a recovering university art professor, with four books published and more in the works. His painting, sculpture and jewelry are in fine art galleries and private collections around the world. He has had more than 100 one-man shows. But Worrell is larger than his art. His mind encompasses a unique universe of ideas, philosophies, sentiments and sensibilities, which is why he is such a great storyteller. He has appeared on the NBC Today Show, The Nashville Network, and was present for the installation of his bronze sculpture, The Maker of Peace, which graces the entrance of the Texas Seminole Canyon Historical State Park. Worrell is also an accomplished songwriter whose compositions have been performed at Carnegie Hall. All in all, he is an artist for all seasons and there is no artist quite like him.
